  • Prices, availability, and offers may change without prior notice.
  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders due to stock limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
  • A GST invoice is provided with every order where applicable under Indian tax regulations.

5. Payment

Payment must be completed using the methods available at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly with ESD-safe packing suitable for electronic components. Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary based on location, courier performance, and circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

7. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day easy returns policy on eligible items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned in resalable condition. Custom, opened consumables, or items marked non-returnable may not qualify. Refunds are processed to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned product. Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Product Use & Warranty

Electronic components are sold for lawful use by qualified buyers. Easy Electro is not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, misuse, or modification. Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are passed through as stated on the product page.

9. User Content

Reviews, ratings, and other content you submit must be honest, lawful, and not infringe third-party rights. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading, spam, or otherwise violates these terms.
